Today, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is announcing seven programs that will receive phase two funding under the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI) in Buffalo. The seven projects are a direct result of the Governor's $25 million initiative to help 16 communities develop locally-driven strategies to reduce poverty and increase economic opportunity for all New Yorkers.5 days ago
