YOUR NEW MISS UNIVERSE IS MISS SOUTH AFRICA!!! 👑👑 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters was just crowned tonight by Iris Mitinaerre in The Axis Planet Hollywood Resorts and Casino after a three hour broadcast on Fox. Beating 91 strong and powerful candidates from all around the globe, Demi showed us her powerful smile that reflects her confidence everytime her country was called onstage. Demi walk in swimsuit, elegance in evening gown and a superb answer in the Q & A. With grace and confidence, she was announced as the new #MissUniverse by Steve Harvey. Finishing as first runner up was Colombia, Laura Gonzales while Davina Bennet, Miss Jamaica was hailed as second runner up respectively. Thailand Maria Poonlertlarp and Venezuela Keysi Sayago was also included in the Top 5. Top 10 called as Semi Finalists were Philippines, Canada, Brazil, USA and Spain. The rest candidates made up to the Top 16 were from the three continents and so-called wildcard group. From Africa and Asia Pacific group : Ghana and Sri Lanka. From Europe group: Ireland, Croatia and Great Britain. From the wildcard group was China. We already predicted you Demi from the very start up to the finale.
