The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) stages everything from national and international conferences and exhibitions to cocktail parties, major outdoor events, launches, breakfasts, banquets board meetings and more.
Opened in 1987 as Australia's first purpose-built convention centre, the venue celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2017 with the completion of a two-phase, $397M redevelopment, which saw it emerge as one of the world's most modern, flexible and technologically advanced meetings and event spaces.
Beyond its state-of-the-art facilities and first-class service, the ACC is known for its commitment to creative cuisine and sustainability. The venue was judged 'Australia's Best' for banqueting and catering at the 2018 Meetings & Events Australia National Awards on the back of launching its innovative 'Honest Goodness' menu.
In terms of sustainability, the venue cemented its global leadership position in 2018 by becoming the world's first convention centre to achieve EarthCheck's coveted Platinum Certification reflecting 10 consecutive years of best practice in business and environmental sustainability.
