Mike started his career in real estate in 2001. He knows creation and implementation of a detailed business plan would be critical to success. Complete with goals, budget, innovative marketing plans as well as systems for data management, transaction management, and customer service Mike excelled from day one. Those systems, combined with his determination, allowed him to hit the ground running and succeed from day one.
Since 2001 Mike has grown his real estate business to become one of the top-producing teams in Maryland. With over 1,000 completed transactions or as Mike prefers to say more than 1,000 happy clients his business is growing faster than ever.

Mike’s extensive and diverse field of knowledge in real estate make him ideality suited for the unique challenges that can arise during the course of any transaction. In addition to 13 years of experience and more than 1,000 completed transactions Mike has successfully managed a verity of other projects that eclipse most other Real Estate professionals rang of knowledge and achievements.
Acquisition and re-development of a century year old mill totaling more than 400,000 sqft. Overcoming the challenges of a (then) market in a freefall, loss of employment and an unproven product offering creative marking, strategic timing and determination made this project successful.
Hands on sales and marking programs for several regional and national home builders moving in to the Maryland market. This included targeting of profile buyers, effective marketing strategies, corporate image campaigns, product development and more.
Consulting for two now successful homebuilders Mike had hands on management of everything from creation of a plan inventory, acquisition of land, creation of production budgets, regional time management systems and creation of corporate and community marketing strategies.
Mike and his team have managed sales and marketing for more than a two dozen communities with unprecedented success. This gave Mike more than just unique sales and marketing experience. Gaining knowledge of large scale management of team members, information infrastructure and access to cutting edge targeted marketing strategies has proven to be extremely valuable to Mike and his team in the world of general real estate sales.
