Squat Jacks are great for building strength in the glutes, quads, inner thighs and calf muscles, helping to shape and tone your legs. ✅ The impact can strengthen the bones helping protect against osteoporosis. ✅ Doing them on the suspension trainer can help control the impact and utilise core muscles too. ✅ Great technique by our members, Paris and Michelle who even did them synchronised for good measure!
